Well, it's been quite a while since I last posted something on this miserable, "new" blog -_-
I forgot what font I used the previous time FML
It was my dad's birthday last Saturday, the 22th of September and we went out for dinner to celebrate at the new Setia City Mall!!! (not new lah, but still, relatively new)
Now, this is exciting because I don't get to go out on weekdays, partially because there's too much homework to do every single day and because mum and dad are too tired after work to bring me out :(
So, as dad drove us there, I was busy browsing through pictures on my phone (from the recent trip to Cameron Highlands, I haven't blogged about that *sigh*). This trip is the shortest one among the many trips to SCM. Time really flies when you're preoccupied with something else, huh?
We went there, not having any idea about what we were going to eat, and we were hungry. Dad had suggested eating in a certain "pork burger shop" which my sister told us about. Turns out, he was referring to Ninja Joe. Le dad was very fascinated as he haven't try pork burger before and that it was something new to him. Mum wasn't too keen about that idea, and tried to steered us into looking for other things to eat.
Seeing how we are so clueless about what to eat, and not to mention HUNGRY, I insisted that we go check out what Ninja Joe has to offer. All three of us have never had Ninja Joe before, let alone hearing it's name until that faithful day my sister told us about it -_- so katak! (a term me and my gang uses to describe someone who is outdated or clueless about something; derived from the peribahasa "seperti katak di bawah tempurung")
Mum reluctantly followed us, dad looked pleased. Imma good daughter ain't I? :D I mean, cause it's his birthday that day right? It's his day! Off we went to Ninja Joe and it had a nice interior, methinks ;)
Tadahh!!! Introducing the Ninja Joe outlet in Setia City Mall
*the logo is really cute! :D
This banner was greeting us outside
To all the fellow kataks, this place is entirely self-service. You have to go to the counter to order and then collect your tray (or rather basket of non-halal food)
Oh look! They sell merchandises like poker cards and t-shirts
Sooooo... this is what we ordered
There's a bowl of rice with pork and a burger with bacon, fries and a drink. (NOTE: The sales girl there was a foreigner, and it took quite some time for us to understand what she was saying; we had her repeat the drinks selection three times before we could EVENTUALLY make up what she was saying -_-)
Gotta wash your hands before you eat ;)
Dad and mum <3
Told dad that his eyes were very small
The total came up to RM25.70
*see? even the back of the receipt is so cute ><
Yay! Reward card! :D
*a little cheapskate cause there's an expiry date :(

Good thing about the basket: CLEAN UP YOUR OWN MESS! There's no rule saying that you have to, but that should be the way. I just have this habit of cleaning the table after eating :P Mum and dad thinks I'm crazy; my friends probably think so too, but they're too sweet not to say it to my face :)
I just can't get enough of the cute logo! :D
THE.END. TEEHEE!
